What we collect
Your name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, and health information such as your medical history, symptoms and treatment notes. If you claim through a health fund, we may also collect your fund details.
Why we collect it
To provide safe and appropriate care, manage appointments and payments, and contact you about your care.
How we store it
Your records are stored securely in Cliniko, our online practice management system. Access is limited to Mardi and anyone authorised to help run the practice.
When we share it
We only share your information with your consent, such as with your GP, dentist or another practitioner involved in your care, or where the law requires or allows it.
Website enquiries
Information you send through our contact form is only used to respond to you. Please don't include detailed health information in the form.
Website analytics and cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. This information is collected using cookies, is reported in summary form and isn’t used to identify you. If you’d prefer not to be included, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
