Meet Mardi,
Osteopath

Mardi is a registered osteopath who completed her Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Osteopathic Studies) and Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University in the Northern Rivers of NSW. She grew up in Alice Springs and spent time on the NSW South Coast before settling here. Mardi came to osteopathy through her background as a strength and movement coach, and she has also taught breathwork and yoga.

Her approach

Mardi's approach is holistic and shaped around each person. Depending on your needs and goals, treatment may include education, exercise prescription and lifestyle advice, alongside hands-on techniques. These range from direct to gentler, indirect methods, including cranial and visceral techniques.

Mardi believes you should be part of every decision about your health. Together, you'll look at where you're at right now, set realistic and meaningful goals, and build a plan that's achievable for you.
